European Next Generation Group

Next Generation is ICSC’s programme for Future Talent in the retail property industry and is a major strategic priority for ICSC Europe.

We connect upcoming industry professionals and future leaders in the retail real estate industry through ICSC’s network.

ICSC Next Generation members have fast-tracked their careers and completed business deals by meeting with CEOs of top retail real estate organisations at exclusive events and meetings organised by ICSC Europe. Our special Next Generation programmes are held at existing ICSC and other events, including ICSC Retail Connections and the ICSC European Conference.

ICSC programmes and services offer a platform for ICSC Next Generation
members to share:

  • Global networking and business opportunities
  • Exchange of industry changing ideas/trends and best practice
  • International career perspectives
